In the Edo period a house was built.

Typical of that time.

Made of Washi paper doors,

tatami flooring,

and his "Kura" (Japanese warehouse)

in the inner courtyard.

The house was renovated in the Showa period.

Leaving a picturesque Japanese aroma.

After a long time, the house was vacated...

This is how we found the perfect home.

With our own hands, and few experiences,

We started to remodel it,

without spoiling its Japanese aroma.

Learning something new every day.

I 'm Sara.. art lover,

and I'm Morita.. lover of creating things

We start from raising the floor,

build walls, beds, chairs, tables ..

 And today we got here!

In the normal case

a carpenter or a designer would open our work

But our theme is "handcrafted" To convey human warmth.

Of course, if we had hired a professional

Everything would have been perfect and great.

But when thinking about the people who came from afar,

And they chose our home from the many that exist,

we wanted to share our passion.

Provide joy, comfort and new experiences.

But unfortunately we are not professionals.

So, you will probably find something wrong,

and make you feel unsatisfied.

But we would like you to feel

that imperfection also has good side.

Even more, so if you have been one life in great comforts. Obviously,

we are improving imperfections.

Everyday.

Restoring and creating.

Little by little.

Learning from mistakes,

growing as human,

Purifying the soul for the next generations.

With the purpose of sharing our house..

May our home be your home.

Place where you can return,

rest, and grow each other.

Thanks for to read.

We send to you our best vibes.

With much appreciation

Arata and Sara
